Just saw the latest WARN filing for the Morris Plains site. Another 62 heads gone as of March 15th. It’s becoming impossible to keep track of the departments being gutted at this point. I have friends in that office who said the vibe lately has been absolutely toxic—everyone is just staring at their calendars waiting for the calendar invite to appear out of nowhere. Management keeps preaching about efficiency and 'operational excellence' in the town halls, but at what cost to the remaining team? I’m seeing people with 10+ years of tenure getting pushed out while the workload is dumped on the survivors with zero adjustments to expectations. If you are still at the Morris Plains hub, please chime in. Are they targeting specific product lines, or is this just another generic 'corporate restructuring' effort to trim the fat before the next quarter's earnings? I’m genuinely worried that if you aren't in a mission-critical role, you’re basically just waiting your turn. How is the morale holding up on the ground? Thinking of everyone affected by this latest round.

It is honestly exhausting watching the same script play out every quarter. Management loves to hide behind corporate buzzwords like 'operational excellence' while the people actually doing the work are treated as nothing more than a line item to be erased. The anxiety in those hallways is palpable, and frankly, I don't blame anyone for looking for an exit strategy. Once you're just staring at your calendar waiting for that dreaded meeting invite, the company has already lost you. It is only a matter of time before the remaining teams are completely burnt out trying to cover the workload of those who were let go.
