Anyone else feeling uneasy at Cigna lately?

Just been a weird vibe around the office the past couple of weeks. More hushed conversations than usual, and a few teams seem to be going through some restructuring that nobody's really talking about. I haven't heard any concrete rumors about layoffs, and my direct manager hasn't said anything, but the general atmosphere feels... off. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me, or is there something brewing under the surface? Trying not to spiral, but the uncertainty is getting to me. Wondering if others are seeing similar things or if it's just my department.

I've been feeling it too. It's like a low hum of anxiety in the background that wasn't there before. I keep catching snippets of hushed conversations and people avoiding eye contact. My department hasn't seen any major changes announced, but there's definitely a feeling of being on edge. Trying to focus on my work, but it's hard when the general atmosphere is so uncertain. Just hoping it's a temporary blip.

Yeah, the vibe has been different lately, for sure. I noticed some folks from other departments seemed a bit preoccupied, and there have been a few more impromptu meetings that seem to involve only certain people. I haven't heard anything specific, but that 'uneasy' feeling is definitely shared by more than just you. It's that 'what are we not being told?' kind of tension. Hopefully, clarity comes soon.
