I've noticed similar vibes in my area too. Lots of 'streamlining' discussions, which always makes me a bit nervous. It feels like they're trying to be extra quiet about it all, which breeds more speculation than anything. We've had a few more all-hands meetings that felt more like damage control than actual updates. Hopefully, it's just seasonal adjustments, but the lack of transparency is definitely unsettling for everyone.

Can confirm things feel tense. My team has been overloaded with new tasks without clear justification, and there's a definite slowdown in approvals for essential resources.
