Has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in hiring or even a freeze at Cigna recently? My team's been trying to backfill a couple of critical roles for months with no luck. Recruiters are being really quiet, and the usual job postings seem to have dried up. It feels like the money is tightening up, and it's not just in specific departments. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a department that's being deprioritized. Any insights from other areas of Cigna would be helpful. Is this a sign of tougher times ahead, or just a normal seasonal dip?

I've definitely seen a similar trend in my area. The recruiters we usually work with have gone dark, and the hiring process for the few requisitions that *did* go through felt unusually protracted. It's concerning, especially when critical roles are left vacant for so long. Makes you wonder about future investments and overall company direction when talent acquisition seems to be on hold. Hopefully, there's just a temporary budget recalibration happening.
