Cigna Morale & Future Outlook

Just wanted to open a thread about the general mood across Cigna. It feels like things have been a bit tense lately, and I'm not sure if it's just my department or a company-wide thing. We've had a few reorgs recently, and while leadership says it's for growth, it feels more like a belt-tightening exercise. My own workload has been insane, and some of my colleagues are starting to look pretty worn down. I'm starting to question the long-term stability here, and wondering if now might be the time to start dusting off the resume. Has anyone heard any whispers about the Q3/Q4 outlook? Any positive signs or just more of the same 'do more with less' messaging? Curious to hear what others are experiencing and thinking. Trying to stay optimistic, but it's getting harder.

I'm right there with you. The constant reorgs and unclear communication are definitely creating a lot of anxiety. It feels like we're always being asked to do more with less, and the promised growth doesn't seem to be materializing for those of us on the ground. The workload is unsustainable, and it's hard not to worry about burnout and what the future holds. Hoping for some clarity soon, but frankly, I'm starting to explore other options myself.

I've noticed the shift too. There's a definite undercurrent of unease, and it's not confined to just a few teams. The recent changes, while framed positively, feel like they're creating more disruption than anything else. People are stretched thin, and morale has taken a hit. It's tough to stay motivated when you're unsure about the direction or stability. It would be great to hear more directly from leadership about their vision and how these changes are truly meant to benefit everyone.
