Okay, I know there are no official announcements, but I've been hearing whispers from a few different sources about potential layoffs happening at Cigna in the coming weeks. It's not specific to any department yet, just a general sense that cuts are coming. This is making me pretty anxious as I'm sure it is for many others. Has anyone heard anything more concrete? Maybe from recruiters, or through internal channels that aren't public? Trying to get a clearer picture before I start updating my resume aggressively. Any information, even hearsay, would be appreciated to help ease the uncertainty.

Ugh, I'm right there with you. The uncertainty is the worst part. I've been trying to keep my ears open too, but haven't gotten anything solid. Just the same vague rumors. It's tough to focus on work when you're constantly worried about what might happen next. Hope we get some clarity soon, one way or the other.

I haven't heard anything directly, but it wouldn't surprise me given the current economic climate and how many companies are restructuring. It's always a stressful time when these rumors start flying around. My best advice is to prepare for the worst while hoping for the best. Keep your resume updated and maybe start casually networking.
