Cintas - Unusual early retirements? What's going on?

Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a spike in early retirement packages being offered or accepted at Cintas lately? It feels like more people than usual are taking the buyouts in my department. Management is being super vague about it, just calling it 'strategic workforce planning.' Makes me nervous. We're not hearing about actual layoffs, but it feels like a significant shake-up is underway. Is this happening in other divisions too? Trying to get a read on the overall health and direction of the company. Anyone have any insights or similar observations?
