Cintas: Anyone else notice a hiring slowdown?

Lurking here for a while and wanted to get some thoughts. I've seen a few openings posted for my team/department recently, but they seem to be lingering for a long time. Also, some people I know who applied a while back haven't heard anything back. It feels like the usual rapid hiring process we've seen in the past has really slowed down. Makes me wonder if there's a general hiring freeze or at least a significant slowdown happening across Cintas. Has anyone else in different divisions noticed this? Are recruiters being more tight-lipped? Just trying to get a pulse on what's happening with internal growth and hiring. It's a bit concerning given the current economic climate.
