Cintas: Anyone else's workload increasing dramatically?

Lately, it feels like my team is being asked to do more with less. Projects are piling up, and the deadlines seem tighter than ever. We're constantly being told to be more efficient, but it's starting to feel like we're just expected to absorb extra work without any additional resources. Anyone else feeling this pressure? Makes me wonder if management is anticipating a leaner structure down the line. Just trying to gauge if this is an isolated experience or a general trend.

Totally understand where you're coming from. It's a constant juggle trying to meet these demanding expectations.
