Cintas: Feeling a lot more pressure to 'do more with less'

This is probably going to sound familiar to a lot of people across different companies, but I'm really starting to feel it at Cintas. The mantra of 'doing more with less' has always been around, but it's been amplified lately. We're being asked to take on additional responsibilities without any additional headcount or resources. Managers are pushing for increased productivity targets that seem almost unattainable given our current staffing levels. There's also this undercurrent of 'optimizing' processes everywhere, which often translates to more work for the existing team. It's not just about cutting costs; it feels like they're trying to squeeze every last drop of output from us. Anyone else feeling this intense pressure to constantly be more efficient and take on more without a corresponding increase in support? It's starting to impact morale and create a lot of burnout anxiety.
