Hey everyone, is it just me or has the pressure cooker at Cintas been turned up to high lately? My workload has been absolutely insane over the past few months. It feels like we're expected to do more with less, and the deadlines are getting tighter and tighter. I'm constantly juggling priorities and feel like I'm barely keeping my head above water. It's definitely impacting my work-life balance, and honestly, it's starting to get discouraging. Are others experiencing this? Is this a company-wide thing or just my department? Curious to hear if anyone has insights or strategies for managing this kind of intensity. Starting to wonder if this is a precursor to something, or just the new normal.

Totally feel this. It's like they expect us to be superheroes lately, hitting targets that seem almost impossible without a serious increase in resources. The constant push for more efficiency without any real support is exhausting. I've been putting in extra hours just to keep up, and it's definitely taking a toll. Hope things ease up soon, or at least some realistic adjustments are made.

Yeah, the increased expectations are definitely noticeable. It feels like the goalposts keep moving, and no matter how much you achieve, there's always something new and more demanding on the horizon. Trying to maintain quality while rushing through tasks is a challenge. Makes you wonder if it's sustainable long-term without burning people out.
