Yeah, I've noticed the same thing. It feels like we're constantly walking on eggshells when it comes to spending. Even small things that used to be a quick approval now require multiple sign-offs and lengthy explanations. It's definitely slowing things down and making it harder to be proactive. I'm not sure if it's a company-wide directive or just certain departments, but it's a significant shift.
Totally agree. The level of scrutiny on even minor expenses is intense. It makes you second-guess every purchase, even if it's for something essential. I've found myself spending more time justifying costs than actually doing my core job. Hoping this is a temporary phase and things loosen up soon, otherwise, it's going to impact morale and efficiency significantly.
