Cintas: Is anyone else's team being asked to do more with less lately?

Lately, it feels like the pressure is on to squeeze every drop of productivity out of the existing resources. We're seeing more tasks being piled onto the same number of people, and the expectation is that everything still gets done perfectly, on time. It's like there's a ghost department out there that we're now supposed to be covering for, but no one's officially saying anything. Management just keeps talking about 'synergy' and 'optimizing workflows,' which feels like code for 'do more with less.' Anyone else experiencing this? Trying to figure out if this is just my team or a broader company trend.

Definitely. The 'more with less' mantra is hitting hard. It feels like there's a disconnect between the expectations being set and the actual capacity we have.
