Cintas: Management changes and performance expectations

Been noticing some shifts in management structure over the past couple of quarters at Cintas. Seems like there's a lot more emphasis on hitting aggressive KPIs, and the pressure to perform is definitely ramping up. My direct manager has been having more 'performance review' type conversations, even outside the normal cycle, which feels a bit unusual. It's not explicitly about layoffs, but the increased scrutiny and focus on individual output are making me wonder about the company's direction. Are they trying to trim down? Or just trying to squeeze more out of the existing workforce? Some colleagues are speculating about potential role consolidations down the line, especially with the new tech initiatives rolling out. Has anyone else been through something similar here, or have any intel on what might be driving these changes? Trying to prepare myself mentally and professionally.

I've definitely felt a similar vibe. The quarterly earnings calls seem to be really pushing for growth, and I think that trickles down. My team's been getting more data requests and performance dashboards than usual. It's intense, for sure. Hopefully, it's just a push for better results and not a sign of anything more concerning down the line.

Interesting to hear others are seeing this too. The focus on KPIs has been noticeable in our department meetings. While I appreciate clear objectives, the frequency and intensity of the check-ins are a bit much. It feels like we're constantly being measured. I'm trying to stay positive and focus on delivering, but the underlying anxiety is definitely there.
