Cintas: Managers suddenly hyper-focused on efficiency metrics?

Lately, my manager and others I've spoken with informally are suddenly *really* harping on efficiency metrics. Like, to an obsessive degree. Performance reviews seem to be leaning heavily on 'time to complete tasks' and 'output per hour,' even for roles where that's not traditionally the primary focus. It feels like there's an underlying pressure to justify every headcount. Before, it was more about quality and strategic contribution, but now it's all about pure numbers. It's creating a pretty stressful environment and making collaboration a bit trickier because everyone's just trying to hit their individual targets. Is this a company-wide push, or just my division?
