Cintas: Morale taking a hit lately?

Just wanted to vent a bit. The atmosphere at Cintas feels… off. People seem more anxious, and there’s less collaboration than usual. It feels like everyone is just focused on their own tasks and keeping their heads down. I've noticed a definite increase in the workload and a feeling that we're being asked to do more with less. Performance metrics seem tighter, and there's less room for error. It's creating a lot of stress, and I'm seeing good people looking pretty burnt out. Anyone else feeling this dip in morale? Is it just my location, or is this a broader trend across Cintas? Trying to understand if this is temporary or the new normal. It’s hard to stay motivated when the environment feels so pressured and uncertain.
