Cintas: More internal reorganizations happening?

Hey everyone, been with Cintas for a few years now and things feel like they're constantly shifting internally. Seems like every quarter there's a new 'strategic alignment' or 'team restructuring'. Just got wind of another potential change in my department, moving some roles around and consolidating others. It's making it hard to get settled into any consistent workflow, and frankly, it's creating a lot of uncertainty. Is anyone else seeing this pattern? It feels like management is trying to optimize for something, but the constant churn makes me wonder what the end goal is. Just trying to get a read on whether this is a company-wide trend or if it's specific to certain divisions. Anyone have insights into what's driving these frequent reorganizations?

I've definitely noticed the same thing. It feels like we're always in some kind of transition phase. While I understand the need for adaptation, the constant shuffling makes it tough to build momentum or feel secure in my role. It's hard to plan long-term when the structure keeps changing. Hopefully, this next move brings some stability.

Yeah, the 'strategic alignments' are becoming a regular occurrence. It does create a bit of a whirlwind, doesn't it? It makes you wonder what the ultimate goal is with all this restructuring. I'm trying to stay positive and adapt, but the uncertainty is definitely a challenge for productivity and morale.
