Cintas: Project goals seem to be shifting mid-sprint. Anyone else?

Hey all, has anyone else noticed a weird vibe with projects lately? It feels like the goalposts are constantly moving. We'll get assigned a task, start working, and then suddenly the objective changes or gets 'refined' in a way that feels like we're just treading water. It's not just one or two projects, either. It's across the board for my team. We're spending more time in meetings trying to decipher what 'core' even means now, rather than actually executing. Is this a company-wide push for 'agility' or is something else going on? Feels like a lot of wasted effort and a bit demoralizing when you can't lock down a clear target.

This has been a constant struggle. I've seen it too, where the scope creeps so much mid-sprint that the original goal becomes almost unrecognizable. It's incredibly frustrating for productivity. We end up feeling like we're always behind, even when we're working hard. It would be helpful if there was a clearer process for managing scope changes, or at least a better explanation of why these shifts are happening so frequently.
