Hey everyone, been seeing some mixed signals around the office lately. While there haven't been any official announcements, I've noticed a few roles I thought were open are suddenly 'on hold' or 'under review.' Also, the usual chatter about internal transfers has quieted down significantly. Has anyone else experienced this? Wondering if it's a company-wide thing or just specific departments. Yeah, I've heard similar rumblings in my division. It's definitely creating some uncertainty. We were expecting a few new hires to help with workload, but those positions have been stalled for weeks now. Management is being pretty tight-lipped, which only adds to the speculation. I'm hoping it's just a temporary pause and not a sign of bigger issues. Keep us posted if you hear anything concrete.
