Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a significant uptick in conversations around 'streamlining operations' and 'optimizing workflows' across Cintas lately? It feels like it's more than just the usual buzzwords. My manager has been bringing it up in almost every team meeting, and we're being asked to document every single process we follow, even the mundane ones. They're framing it as 'improving efficiency' and 'identifying redundancies,' but honestly, it's starting to feel a bit ominous. Projects that were greenlit a few months ago are now under a microscope, with questions about their immediate ROI. Just wondering if this is a company-wide push or if it's localized to my area. Curious to hear if others are experiencing something similar.

I've definitely felt that shift too. It seems like they're really pushing for standardization across the board.
