Cintas: Unusual silence from leadership on Q3/Q4 outlook?

Usually by this time of year, we'd have some kind of all-hands or at least a departmental update about the upcoming quarters. It's been radio silent though. My manager is being super cagey when I ask about team goals for the rest of the year, just saying 'we're still evaluating priorities.' Feels like everyone's walking on eggshells and no one wants to commit to anything. Has anyone else noticed this lack of forward-looking communication? Feels a bit ominous given the general economic climate.
