Citi - Anyone else feel like things are getting leaner?

Been at Citi for a few years now, and lately, I've been getting a weird vibe. It's not a specific announcement or anything, but just a general sense of... tightening up. Teams are being asked to do more with less, there's a lot of emphasis on 'efficiency' that feels a bit more pointed than usual. Anyone else picking up on this? Are budgets being squeezed in ways I'm not seeing directly? Just trying to gauge if this is a broader trend or if I'm overthinking things. Been seeing a lot more 'optimization' buzzwords flying around in internal comms too, which usually precedes some kind of adjustment. Curious to hear if others are feeling this, or if my department is just in a weird spot.
