Yeah, I've heard similar things from folks in other divisions. It feels like they're really pushing a more data-driven approach to evaluations, trying to tie everything back to the bottom line or specific strategic goals. Less about 'you did good work' and more about 'your good work moved this specific metric by X amount.' Definitely a shift from the old way of just discussing contributions.
Interesting. My review felt pretty standard, actually. Maybe it depends on the team or the department's specific focus? Mine was still largely about my individual contributions and development plan. Haven't heard much about 'strategic imperatives' from my manager, but it's good to know what others are experiencing across Citi.
