Lately, it feels like projects that were once high priority are suddenly being shelved or pushed way back, with little explanation. Then, out of nowhere, a completely different initiative gets fast-tracked. My team's been scrambling to re-align resources multiple times in the last quarter. It's making planning incredibly difficult and honestly, a bit unsettling. It feels less like normal course correction and more like reactive, almost panicked, decision-making. Is anyone else seeing this kind of chaotic reprioritization? Trying to figure out if it's a broader trend or just something specific to our division.

Yeah, I've definitely observed a similar pattern. It's not just your team feeling the churn. We've had several key deliverables suddenly put on indefinite hold, only for a minor regulatory change to suddenly become 'mission critical' overnight. The lack of clear communication around these shifts is the most frustrating part. It breeds uncertainty and makes it tough to invest energy into anything long-term when priorities can flip on a dime.
