Okay, I'm seeing the news about the 1100 layoffs at Cloudflare, and then reading about how the engineering team somehow *increased* its headcount? I'm trying to wrap my head around this. Did they lay off people from other departments and then hire more engineers with the money saved? Or is it a case of laying off a bunch of junior/mid-level folks and bringing in a smaller number of super-senior, highly expensive engineers?
