So, 1100 people gone on July 17th. That's a huge chunk. I'm still here, and the atmosphere is... tense, to say the least. People are trying to act normal, but you can feel the anxiety. Projects are being re-evaluated, and there's a lot of uncertainty about who's next, even though leadership is trying to spin it positively. Some teams are definitely feeling the strain, having to pick up the slack. Others seem less affected, which is creating its own kind of resentment. Honestly, hearing the CEO talk about how technology makes certain roles obsolete right after cutting so many people feels pretty hollow. We're all wondering if the company's strategic shift is worth the human cost. Anyone else feeling this weird disconnect between the official messaging and the reality on the ground?
