Hard to process the news about the 1100 layoffs. It's a massive number and it's hitting our community hard. I've been with the company for a while, and this feels different from previous adjustments. The emphasis on technological advancements making certain roles obsolete is being heavily pushed in the media and internally. While I understand the need to evolve, the scale of this reduction is concerning. For those who were impacted, how are you feeling? What are your immediate next steps? For those of us remaining, how do we maintain morale and productivity when so many colleagues are suddenly gone? It's a tough time, and I'm looking for some honest perspectives and advice from others who are going through this.

This is incredibly tough news. It's hard to reconcile the company's public image and growth with such a significant reduction in force. The narrative around efficiency and automation feels a bit hollow when it leads to so many talented individuals being let go. I'm concerned about the impact on morale for those remaining and the long-term strategic implications. Wishing everyone affected the very best as they figure out their next move.
