This whole 'obsolete' narrative feels incredibly disingenuous. Innovation is great, but it shouldn't automatically mean people are disposable. It's disheartening to see hard work and experience seemingly devalued in favor of rapid tech adoption. There has to be a better way to integrate new tools without resorting to mass layoffs.
It's a tough pill to swallow when you hear that your contributions could be deemed 'obsolete' by new technology. While advancements can bring efficiency, it’s crucial to remember the human element. Layoffs of this scale, justified by tech, can breed resentment and a lack of trust within the remaining workforce.
