What's the vibe at CME these days? Been here a few years and honestly, the last couple of months have felt different. Project timelines are getting squeezed, the 'do more with less' mantra is in full effect, and I'm seeing fewer new roles opening up. Not seeing any official announcements, but the underlying current feels like a precursor to something. Is it just me, or are others noticing a shift in how things are being run? Wondering if this is a temporary belt-tightening or if we should be bracing for more significant changes. Any anecdotal evidence from other departments would be helpful. Just trying to understand the landscape here.

Yeah, I've definitely noticed the pressure mounting. Feels like the workload has ramped up significantly without a corresponding increase in resources.
