CME Group - Salary/Compensation thoughts?

Curious to hear what others are seeing regarding compensation at CME. With the market fluctuations and general economic uncertainty, I'm wondering how bonuses are shaping up this year and if base salary increases are keeping pace with inflation. Feels like the cost of living has gone through the roof, and I want to make sure I'm being compensated fairly for my contributions. Anyone have any intel on where the company is trending with compensation philosophy? Are we sticking to market adjustments, or is there more of a focus on performance-based payouts this year? Trying to gauge expectations before year-end reviews. Not looking for exact numbers, just general trends and sentiment from others in similar roles or departments. Appreciate any honest feedback.

I'm also really interested in this. My sense is that while the company is doing well overall, the compensation structure hasn't quite caught up to the current economic realities. I've heard some chatter about bonuses being a bit leaner than expected, which is disappointing given the increased workload many of us are shouldering. Hopefully, they'll address base salaries more directly to reflect the rising cost of living soon, otherwise, it'll be hard to feel truly valued.
