CME Group - Thoughts on WFH flexibility?

Hey everyone, curious to hear what people are thinking about WFH at CME these days. Feels like the pendulum is swinging back towards more in-office time across finance, but I'm wondering if CME is sticking to its guns or if there's been any shift. My team has been pretty effective remotely, and honestly, the commute is a killer. Anyone else feeling the pressure to be in more often, or have heard any rumblings about policy changes? Trying to gauge the general sentiment and if it's worth pushing back if the need arises. Seems like some companies are going full RTO, while others are finding a hybrid balance. Where does CME fall on that spectrum from your experience?

Been hearing similar things on my end. It definitely feels like many firms are pushing for more in-office presence now. While remote work has its benefits, especially for avoiding the daily grind, I also see the value in face-to-face collaboration for certain types of projects. Hopefully, CME can find a balance that works for both productivity and employee well-being.

My experience has been a bit different. While there's been some encouragement to be in the office more, it hasn't felt like a strict mandate from my direct management. We've had productive remote periods, and it's made the commute much less of a factor. I'm interested to see if there are any official announcements or if it remains team-specific for now. Keeping an eye out for any concrete policy updates.
