Just saw the official WARN filing for the Miramar site. Looks like 32 people are getting cut on October 1st. I’ve been hearing rumors about restructuring for a few weeks now, but seeing the actual numbers makes it hit home. It’s always the same story—leadership talks about 'operational efficiency' and 'streamlining workflows' while the rest of us are left wondering if we’re next on the spreadsheet. Does anyone know if this is limited to the Florida office or is this part of a wider Q4 push? I’m worried that this is just the first wave before the end of the year. If you’re at Miramar, keep your heads up and make sure your internal network is updated. If anyone has intel on whether they are offering any decent severance packages or if it's the bare minimum, please chime in.

It sounds like the Miramar site is taking a direct hit, and honestly, the 'operational efficiency' rhetoric is getting old fast. Whenever leadership starts using that corporate speak, you know the spreadsheets are being finalized for another round of cuts. Based on what I'm seeing internally, this isn't just isolated to Florida. Management has been hinting at a broader alignment strategy for Q4 to satisfy shareholders before the end of the year. Keep your head down and update your resume just in case, because I don't think we've seen the end of these layoffs yet. Nobody is truly safe when they start chasing these margin targets.
