Feeling the pressure to do more with less

It’s getting exhausting. Leadership keeps talking about 'accelerated growth' and 'transformational pivots,' but all that translates to is us picking up the slack for open roles they refuse to fill. The amount of bureaucracy I have to navigate just to get a simple project approved is insane. I feel like the company is setting us up to fail so they have an excuse to trim the fat once the next earnings report drops. I’ve survived three reorgs here, but the morale lately is at an all-time low. People are keeping their heads down, checking their LinkedIn, and basically just waiting for the other shoe to drop. If they are actually planning layoffs, I wish they’d just rip the band-aid off so we can stop wasting time guessing. It’s hard to stay motivated when you feel like a disposable asset. Anyone else feeling totally checked out?

I've been at CCEP long enough to know the cycle by heart. Every time they start shouting about 'transformation' and 'synergies,' it’s just code for squeezing the remaining team members until they break. The constant reorgs aren't fixing anything; they’re just creating a thicker layer of red tape that makes the simplest tasks impossible. It's clear they aren't interested in actual growth, just massaging the margins for the shareholders at the expense of our sanity. I’m already checking the job boards because the writing is on the wall for another round of cuts.
