Negotiate? With Coinbase? Good luck. They've probably got this down to a science. 3 months plus PTO is decent, honestly. Focus on understanding the stock options situation *immediately*, that's where the real money is or isn't. Healthcare is nice but temporary. Honestly, I'd spend your energy on networking and applying for new roles. Time is of the essence. File for unemployment ASAP too, no shame in that.
