Just checking in with fellow Colgate employees. Been hearing a lot of whispers and seeing some departmental shifts that feel a bit... off. No official announcements, of course, but the general vibe in the office has shifted. Seems like budgets are being scrutinized more than usual, and there's a definite air of 'doing more with less.' Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if it's just my department or a wider company trend. Been with Colgate for a few years now and this feels different. Wondering if anyone has insights or has experienced similar things in the past that preceded tougher times. Curious to hear what others are seeing and feeling on the ground.

Yeah, I'm feeling it too. It's not just your department. There's definitely a tightening of the belt happening across several areas. Lots of talk about efficiency and resource optimization, which usually translates to fewer resources. It's created a bit of uncertainty, for sure. Makes you wonder what the long-term plan is when the atmosphere feels this way. Hope it leads to positive changes, but the current vibe is definitely a bit tense.

Completely agree. The subtle shifts are hard to ignore. It feels like a period of evaluation is underway, and while no one's saying much, the implications are starting to ripple through.
