Colgate-Palmolive: Am I reading too much into recent reorganizations?

Lately, there's been a lot of reshuffling happening within my team and adjacent departments at Colgate-Palmolive. We've had a few rounds of 'realignments' and 'efficiency drives' that have resulted in people moving around, some responsibilities consolidating, and a general feeling of 'wait and see.' It's not outright panic mode, but there's definitely an undercurrent of uncertainty. I've seen similar things happen in previous companies before larger workforce reductions, so my antennae are up. The official line is about optimizing for future growth and focusing on key strategic areas, which is standard corporate speak. However, the frequency and the quiet nature of some of these changes are making me a bit uneasy. Anyone else at CP experiencing something similar? Is it just a normal part of business for a company this size, or are others picking up on the same vibes? Wondering if this is just my perception or if there's something more significant brewing.
