Colgate-Palmolive: Any recent internal 'restructuring' rumors?

Hi all, Trying to get a pulse on what might be happening internally at Colgate-Palmolive. I've heard whispers about some teams being 'realigned' or 'streamlined' in certain departments, but nothing official has come down the pipe. It's the kind of vague language that usually precedes bigger changes. No layoffs have been confirmed, but these kinds of internal moves always make me a bit nervous, especially given the broader economic climate. Has anyone else been involved in or heard about significant organizational shifts recently? Curious to understand if this is a widespread thing or isolated to specific areas. Any info, even anecdotal, would be appreciated.

I've seen similar whispers myself, especially in the marketing and R&D divisions. The "streamlining" often seems to target roles that have become less critical or can be consolidated. It's definitely a tense atmosphere when you hear that kind of talk, and I'm hoping it doesn't lead to any significant job losses. Keep an ear out, and hopefully, something more concrete will surface soon.

Heard some chatter about a shift in global brand management focus. Apparently, some regional teams are being merged to create more unified strategies. It's framed as efficiency, but yeah, the "nervous" feeling is understandable. It's a common corporate dance, but the music can be unsettling for those on the dance floor. Let's hope the 'realignments' prove beneficial in the long run.
