Hey everyone, Been at CP for a few years now, and while things have been relatively stable, I can't shake this feeling of unease as we head into the last quarter. Budgets seem tighter, some projects are being re-evaluated or put on hold, and there's a definite buzz of 'what's next?' around the office. It's not anything concrete, no official announcements or anything, but the general sentiment feels... different. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and while mine was fine, I've heard rumblings from colleagues about less-than-stellar feedback or stalled career progression. Makes you wonder if the company is preparing for something, or if it's just the usual end-of-year scramble. Anyone else picking up on similar vibes or have any insights into what might be going on behind the scenes?

I've noticed similar vibes myself. It feels like the company is tightening its belt, which isn't entirely unexpected given the economic climate. I'm just hoping it doesn't impact the day-to-day too much or lead to any major layoffs. Keeping my head down and focusing on hitting my targets. I hear you. The uncertainty is the worst part. It's hard to plan or feel secure when there's so much talk of re-evaluations and budget cuts, even if nothing is official.
