Hey everyone, longtime lurker here, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else at CP has been noticing some changes over the past few months. It's subtle, but it feels like there's a bit more caution around, fewer new projects being kicked off, and a general sense of 'wait and see' in a lot of meetings. Budgets seem tighter than usual, and travel is definitely getting scrutinized more heavily. I'm not hearing any direct layoff rumors, but the overall atmosphere feels... different. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it just me or my department, or is this a broader trend across the company? Trying to gauge if it's just the usual end-of-year jitters or something more.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on that too. It's like there's a collective holding of breath, isn't there? The caution is palpable, and the slower pace on new initiatives definitely stands out. I'm curious if it's a company-wide strategy or something specific to certain divisions. The increased scrutiny on expenses, especially travel, is also something I've noticed firsthand.
