Colgate-Palmolive Leadership - What's the long-term vision?

With all the chatter about the market and consumer shifts, I'm trying to get a better handle on where Colgate-Palmolive is headed strategically. Seems like every other CPG company is talking about AI, innovation, and market share grabs. I'm not seeing a super clear, compelling narrative coming from leadership about where we're going to really make a splash in the next 3-5 years. Are we doubling down on core brands, or is there a big pivot coming that hasn't been fully communicated? Just trying to understand the big picture and how our roles fit into it. Feels like a lot of uncertainty, and I'm hoping for some clarity on the strategic direction. Anyone have thoughts on the latest investor calls or internal comms that shed light on this?

I agree, it's tough to get a clear picture. They seem to be leaning heavily on their established brands, which is a safe bet, but I wonder if that's enough for significant future growth. I haven't seen much about major new product categories or aggressive expansion strategies that would signal a dramatic shift. It feels more like a steady-as-she-goes approach, focusing on incremental improvements and maintaining their strong market position in oral care and home cleaning. Perhaps the 'splash' they envision is more about sustained dominance rather than a radical reinvention.
