Unusually quiet on the recruitment front at Colgate-Palmolive lately. Typically, this time of year, there's a decent flow of open roles being posted and interviews happening, especially for key functions. But for the past month or so, it feels like things have screeched to a halt. Heard a rumor through a contact that a soft hiring freeze might be in place pending some strategic reviews. Doesn't necessarily mean layoffs are imminent, but it's definitely a sign that budgets are being scrutinized. Anyone else in recruiting or HR seeing this?
