Hi all, I'm in the process of interviewing with Colgate-Palmolive for a role in marketing, and I'm trying to get a realistic handle on compensation. I've checked Glassdoor and Levels.fyi, but the data seems a bit scattered, especially for this specific department. For those currently at Colgate or who have recently interviewed, what are your experiences with salary ranges for mid-level marketing positions? I'm trying to understand base salary expectations, typical bonus structures, and if stock options/RSUs are common at this level. Any insights on negotiation strategies that have worked for you would also be super helpful. Trying to go in with a solid understanding of the market so I can have a productive conversation with the recruiter. Appreciate any advice you can share!

Colgate can be pretty competitive, especially in marketing. From what I've seen, base salaries for mid-level roles often land in the $90k-$120k range, but that's heavily dependent on experience and specific team. Bonuses tend to be performance-based, usually around 10-15% of base, and stock options aren't as common as at tech firms, but can be part of a total package for senior roles. Definitely push for clarity during the offer stage about all components. Good luck!
