It feels unusually quiet lately, which can sometimes be more worrying than the actual news. I'm in [department, e.g., Marketing/Supply Chain/R&D] and haven't seen any direct signs like hiring freezes or budget cuts being openly discussed, but you never know what's going on behind closed doors.
