Anyone else feeling the pressure at Conagra?

Just browsing around and wanted to see if anyone else in the Conagra family is feeling a bit... uneasy lately? I haven't heard any direct news or seen any official announcements, but there's a certain vibe in the air. Projects seem to be scrutinized more, there's a general belt-tightening feeling in some departments, and efficiency is the buzzword everywhere. It's probably nothing, and maybe I'm just overthinking it, but it's hard not to notice the subtle shifts. Been with the company a few years now and this feels different than past cycles. Anyone else picking up on similar things, or am I just being paranoid? Curious to hear what others are seeing/hearing, or if it's just my specific corner of the company.

I've been picking up on that too, though I was hesitant to even voice it. It feels like a cautious atmosphere, for sure. More eyes on budgets and project scopes, and a definite emphasis on streamlining wherever possible. It's not a crisis, but it's definitely a noticeable shift from the way things were even a year ago. Hopefully, it's just a strategic realignment and not a sign of bigger issues down the road.

Yeah, the 'efficiency' push is pretty hard to ignore. Lots of conversations seem to circle back to doing more with less, or finding ways to cut down on overhead. While I appreciate the focus on smart operations, it does create a bit of an undercurrent of uncertainty. Management seems to be preaching innovation and growth, but the practical day-to-day feels more about consolidation and careful spending. Just trying to stay focused on my own work and hope for the best.
