I've been in supply chain at Conagra for a few years now, and while we haven't had any official announcements, I've noticed a definite slowdown in new projects being initiated. There's a lot more emphasis on optimizing existing processes and really scrutinizing expenditures. Interesting post. I'm in IT, and we've definitely seen a pause on some of the more ambitious software rollouts. It's not a complete freeze, but projects are being re-evaluated for ROI more rigorously than before. Hiring for non-critical roles has also slowed considerably.
