Conagra: Any recent hiring freezes or recruitment slowdowns?

Hi everyone, I've been keeping an eye on Conagra for potential opportunities and have noticed a significant drop in posted openings over the past month or so. Usually, there's a steady stream, but it seems to have dried up considerably. I also have a friend who's in the midst of a recruitment process there and they mentioned the timelines have been extended significantly and there's a general lack of communication from HR regarding next steps. It's making me wonder if they've implemented an informal hiring freeze or are just being extremely cautious with new hires. Has anyone else experienced this on the job-seeking side, or heard anything through the grapevine from current employees? Wondering if this is a precursor to something else or just a standard market correction.
