Conagra: Any whispers about restructuring?

Hey everyone, Been seeing some chatter on here about other CPG companies making moves, and it got me thinking about Conagra. Haven't seen any concrete news or official announcements about layoffs, but I'm wondering if anyone's hearing anything through the grapevine? Things have felt a bit uncertain internally lately. Some teams seem to be spread thin, while others have less going on. It's that classic "can't quite put my finger on it" feeling. Could just be the usual cyclical nature of the business, or maybe something bigger is brewing. Any insights from folks in different departments or locations? Are there any project freezes or hiring slowdowns you've noticed? Trying to get a read on the general sentiment. Definitely don't want to jump to conclusions, but also want to be prepared if there's anything substantial happening behind the scenes. Appreciate any honest takes.

I haven't heard any specific rumors about a large-scale restructuring at Conagra, but the feeling of uncertainty you're describing is definitely present in a lot of CPG companies right now. Market shifts and economic pressures mean that even if nothing official is announced, internal adjustments and reorganizations are often happening quietly behind the scenes. It could be a sign of them trying to become more agile in response to changing consumer behavior or competitive landscapes.

It's understandable to feel uneasy when things seem a bit off internally. While I don't have any insider information about restructuring, I've noticed similar patterns in other large food conglomerates. Sometimes it's less about outright layoffs and more about reallocating resources, merging departments, or shifting priorities for different brands. Keep an eye on investor calls and any official communications for more clarity, but trust your gut feeling too.
