Travel budgets are tighter, discretionary spending is being scrutinized more than ever, and it feels like a lot of new initiatives are being put on the back burner. While there's been no direct talk of layoffs, these kinds of financial tightening measures often precede them. Yeah, I've definitely felt that squeeze too. It's like every expense report is getting a magnifying glass these days. Projects that were a sure bet a few months ago are now stuck in limbo.
