Conagra corporate strategy: More cuts coming?

It’s hard to keep morale up when the news cycle for Conagra is nothing but headcount reductions. After the 75 people got cut in Michigan, the anxiety level in the office is through the roof. Are we just going to keep slicing until there’s nothing left, or is there some actual growth plan beyond slashing expenses? I’m seeing a lot of cross-functional roles being combined, and it feels like we’re being stretched paper-thin. I’m curious if anyone in Chicago or the other hubs is hearing about further 'restructuring' initiatives for Q3/Q4. I’d rather know now if the ship is sinking so I can get my resume out before the market gets even more flooded with former Conagra folks.

Same vibe here. It feels like the strategy is just 'do more with less' until the system breaks. Leadership keeps talking about long-term value, but all we see are empty desks and people being forced to cover three roles at once. The constant uncertainty makes it impossible to focus on actual projects because we’re all just waiting for the next round of 'efficiencies' to hit our department. If there’s a real growth plan, it's definitely not being communicated down to us.
