Hey everyone, seeing a lot of buzz around the industry and wanted to see if anyone at Conagra is feeling anything similar. Haven't seen any official announcements or even credible leaks about impending layoffs, but the general sentiment feels...uncertain, maybe? Lots of talk about 'optimization' and 'streamlining' in internal comms, which we all know can be code for headcount reduction. Just curious if the atmosphere feels different to you all lately, or if it's just me projecting based on broader market trends. Anyone hearing anything, even whispers, or just feeling the same general unease? Trying to gauge the overall morale and see if there's a shared sense of what's brewing, if anything. Trying to stay positive but it's hard when the economic winds are blowing this way.

Yeah, I've definitely picked up on that too. The 'efficiency' talk has been ramping up, and honestly, it feels a bit more pointed than usual. It's hard not to get a little antsy when that language pops up in meetings more frequently. Trying to stay focused on my work, but that underlying hum of uncertainty is definitely present. Wondering if others are feeling the same pressure or if it's more localized to certain departments.
